You see children spinning around in circles all the time. I’m telling you to spin! Bet you never heard that one before! It works for increasing your energy dramatically while stimulating your Endocrine System to balance your hormones. Your hormones are such a powerful force for just about everything, when they’re out of whack, you either gain weight or have a hard time losing weight.

Spinning helps to solve your hormonal problem. Spin around 10-20 times that’s ideal number. Spin to the point of being slightly dizzy. That’s the gist of spinning! To do it, act like you are an airplane and put your arms out even with your shoulders and spin in a clockwise direction.
