Rapidly lose inches around the waist and middle by doing the vacuum pose
This is the best exercise for waist reduction! Running, sit-ups, and crunches are nothing compared to the vacuum pose. This is a very simple exercise. Here’s what you do: suck in your abs (the lower abs around your belly button) and hold for 15-30 seconds. Rest for a few seconds and repeat. If you do the vacuum pose for a minimum of 5 minutes a day (no cheating and using rests) you’ll have a waist 2 inches smaller in less than a month!
2. Hindu Squats – lose weight!
This is a great cardio exercise! It’s not at all like squatting with weights to build muscles. You need nothing extra just your body. To make this work…squat fast, touch the ground during each repetition so that you don’t cheat the movement by not squatting deep enough.
By squat fast, we’re talking doing at least 20 repetitions for each minute you do this exercise. For the best benefits, you’ll do over 100 squats in 5 minutes or under! Whatever you do, don’t try to do all the squats right off the bat! You need to build up to doing as many as you can per minute!
Take this exercise a week at a time, first week make a pledge to get at least 30 squats in by Friday. Then the next week tack on 5 more and so on, until 100 is easy as pie! This is a short, very powerful weight loss exercise, but you can’t say its “easy”!
